18 reasons to choose a 100% native Salesforce BPM application

Choosing between an app that is a native Salesforce application and a non-native might seem like a minor decision, but that is most certainly not the case.

There is a significant difference between products that integrate with salesforce.com and those that are native to the Salesforce platform. An application that is native is built and runs completely within Salesforce, whereas a non-native application resides outside of Salesforce, though it shares some data and some functionality with Salesforce.

Why does this matter? Download 18 reasons to choose a 100% native Salesforce application to find out, and to make sure you don’t make the wrong decision.

One more thing – some apps on the Salesforce AppExchange claim to be native, but they are not built 100% on the Salesforce platform. Instead, these apps may have a native connector that was built on the platform, and most times it’s only a small piece of functionality. All the disadvantages of a non-native app still apply.
