Management Team
Jonathan Sapir
Jonathan Sapir has over 20 years experience helping clients leverage information technology to build their business. After starting out as a system engineer for IBM, Jonathan built InfoPower Systems, Inc., a successful mid-size consulting firm in Chicago in the 1990's, then grew a software product development company which was acquired in 2007. Jonathan started SilverTree Systems primarily to help companies transition to the cloud. Jonathan has recently published a book on the subject, Power in the Cloud: Building Information Systems at the Edge of Chaos.
Vincent A. Sanchez
Vince Sanchez is a senior Technology and Operations executive. He has a proven record of accomplishments in the financial services, technology and consumer services industries. His specialties include the integration of technologies into business processes. Vince spent over fifteen years managing systems and operations in the banking industry for both Chase Manhattan Bank and First National Bank of Chicago, and was recognized as a valuable contributor to SWIFT. At The Signature Group, a leader in the direct marketing industry, Vince served as Senior Vice-President of Operations. In addition to being responsible for finance and operations at SilverTree, Vince also applies his considerable skills to helping clients re-engineer their business processes.
George Malek
George Malek has been developing applications for over 20 years. Starting as a programmer in corporate IT at Sears, he then become a senior consultant at InfoPower Systems, where he designed and built a series of applications in insurance, media, and e-commerce. At SilverTree, George is responsible for architecting complex solutions and providing in-depth technical expertise as needed.
Michael Topalovich
Michael Topalovich, CTO and founder of Delivered Innovation, is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) architect and cloud computing strategist. Prior to Delivered Innovation, Michael founded The Mikan Group, working with midsize and Fortune 1000 organizations to adopt next generation IT service delivery models and optimize business processes using service-oriented design principles and cloud computing technologies. Michael has been working with SaaS since 2003, when as a senior IT manager with Siebel Systems helped launch Siebel CRM OnDemand. Michael is responsible for providing our clients with cloud-based strategies and cloud-enabled business architecture.
Dmitry Minko
Dmitry Minko has been building and managing highly successful development teams both locally and offshore for over 10 years. Previously, he has been a programmer, technical architect and project manager. Having access to a team with a wide range of technical skills, Dmitry is able to bring together the right team for every project.

SilverTree Systems is located in Chicago. We also have offshore development centers in Eastern Europe.
